Clayman Speech is owned by Ashley Clayman. Ashley received her Masters’s degree in Speech Language Pathology with a Deafness Specialty certification from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY in 2015. She is licensed to practice in the states of Maryland and Delaware and is nationally certified through the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA). Ashley is trained in PROMPT, Visualizing and Verbalizing, and Paragraphology. She has experience working with families in ASL and Cued Speech. In addition, she is passionate about working with individuals with Dyslexia and has worked closely with many local private schools and tutors in the Balti- more and Howard County areas. Ashley currently works in Montgomery County Public Schools in their K-5 D/HOH Program and provides private services for upper elementary and middle school students with expressive/receptive language and writing disorders through the practice. When she’s not working, she loves to spend time with her husband and their two brilliant spunky children!
